Mark has spent several years of his career managing enterprise business planning processes along with leading financial turnaround projects both domestically and abroad. He spent time working in emerging growth companies in senior management roles. Prior to forming KeenVision, he spent several years leading his own management consulting firm specializing in business improvement projects and the design of business intelligence applications. Mark brings an astute awareness of operational systems, along with innovative financial management methodologies resulting in a true business advantage for clients. In his free time, he likes walks, talks and traveling with Shannon.
Jim’s experience includes CFO and senior financial leadership roles in Hi-Tech and Defense industries with Unisys Corporation, Scientific Atlanta and Sarnoff Corporation as part of a career covering the full spectrum of financial areas, including field and corporate office environments. Jim has provided financial leadership to a wide range of functional organizations – including manufacturing, research and development, sales and distribution.
Jim has specific expertise in the design of business planning and performance management methodologies. His expertise applies to both the strategic planning (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures) and the tactical planning aspects unique to each business. In addition, Jim has extensive knowledge of global environments and provides guidance in the reporting and forecasting of multi-currency businesses. His public entity board and audit committee experience ensures compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
As an accomplished professional, Rafael has experience in solutions architecting, project implementation, consulting, finance, and sales operations. He was awarded the 2017 Solution Architect of the Year by Host Analytics for design and implementation of client solutions using their EPM Planning and Modeling Applications. One of his favorite hobbies is photography and flying his infant son around the house.

Al is a Finance and Accounting professional by trade, who also has a deep breath of experience in client service and solution-based advisory. When he is not servicing clients, he likes to go to stay active in the weight room.
